We do have Rules:

By entering in to SouthernCross CX event you agree to adhere to the rules:

  1. Don't be a dick. We're all here to have fun so please don't mess with other people's enjoyment of the day. We're all friends here.
  2. Your bike must be safe to ride. You must have at least one working brake.
  3. Ride within your ability. The courses are set out so that you shouldn't be able to ride every feature. Make sure you're comfortable with the course layout before racing.
  4. Stay in the tape and go over the obstacles as designed, see rule 1.
  5. Use appropriate cycling kit. While clothes are optional (and highly recommended), undamaged helmets and sturdy footwear are required.
  6. If you see someone injured or in need of help, please stop and assist them. Look out for each other and you'll most likely be rewarded with beer.
  7. Keep off the course when other races are on. There will be time for you to try out the course between races.
  8. Race in the grade that challenges you, no-one likes a burglar.
  9. If the organizers think you're causing problems, we have full discretion to remove you from the race without a refund.
